Asylum law

International protection / proceedings under the Dublin III regulation / representation before the Federal Office and the Federal Administrative Court / appeals to the Constitutional Court and the Administrative Court …

We represent those seeking protection.

We advise and represent you in all phases of the asylum procedure. We have been doing this successfully for many years.

In front of the Federal Office (BFA)

We prepare you extensively for your „interview“ at the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA) and support you during the interview, which is particularly important for the decision – contact us as early as possible.

Before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG)

If you have received a negative decision, we will write a complaint to the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG).

In order to increase your chances of a positive decision before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG), we carefully prepare your documents, help you with the research and organization of further evidence and prepare you in detail for the oral hearing before the BVwG .

During the oral hearing, we stand by your side, intervene if necessary and help you to convince the court of your experiences in your home country and your fears.

Before the supreme courts

We regularly write complaints to the Constitutional Court (VfGH) and appeals to the Administrative Court (VwGH) (see our successes ).

In recent years we have specialized in the following areas. Therefore, our specialist expertise in these areas is valued. Can’t find your topic in the list? We are also active in many other areas of law – please contact us. Should we not be able to represent you in a procedure, we will recommend you to specialized and reliable colleagues in this area.
